You could split up the 4 commits into diff branches with newer timeline to make it easier to follow git log / history of PR merge pipeline / queues for prioritizing reviewing or specific A/B release testing vehicles.
Or you can mask your 1 day of work in BNPL(Buy Now Pay Later) Or WNCTL (Work Now Commit/Test Later) strategy to spread out your work in independent interest-free installments using your Credit (Finance / Person / Dev skillz)
